Karmara weighted blankets are handmade and take longer, please check individual product delivery guidelines.

Materials
Karma Sleep Masks are made from organic cotton on one side, and a soft velvet on the other. All of our materials are Oeko-Tex certified, meaning they are tested and certified to be free from harmful substances.
Each mask is velcro and eleastic free, and held in place using a stap-free design.
The inner section of the mask contains micro-glass beads that are held in place by hand stitched pockets. A very small amount of polyester padding is added to these pockets to ensure a comfortable fit.

Karmara Sleep Masks use deep touch pressure therapy (DTP) to regulate chemicals in the brain and rebalance the mood.
Pressure points at the temples are activated when pressure is applied to them, causing a natural release of calming and sleepy hormones.
The added weight grounds you whilst you relax, easing your nervous system into rest and digest mode. This slows the heart rate and restores a natural balance in the mind.

Can I put my weighted sleep mask in the wash?
We do not advise putting the Karma Sleep Mask in a washing machine or dryer. For best results, spot clean the mask with a gentle non abrasive wipe.
Is the Karma Sleep Mask available in different weights?
No, all our sleep masks are about 2kg. Since the strap-free design fits almost any head, we focused on finding the perfect weight for even pressure across every sleeping position.
Can I put my eye mask in the fridge or freezer?
Yes, you can cool your sleep mask and it feels great.
Who can use a weighted sleep mask?
The Karma Sleep Mask is mainly for adults, although anyone who can safely remove the mask by independently can use one.
Never leave this product alone with a child.
Is it safe for someone with an eye condition?
If you have an eye condition, we advise speaking to your doctor before using a weighted sleep mask.
