Shipping

We offer free shipping across the UK. At this current moment in time, we do not sell outside of the UK.

Karmara weighted blankets are handmade to perfection once your order is placed, which can take us 3-5 working days. Once your order is made, it will be shipped via DHL or UPS from Poland, Europe. You can usually expect your order to arrive in 10-12 business days once dispatched. 

Karmara Pets are handmade in the UK, and all orders will arrive in 2-5 working days. 

Items will be shipped seperately if orders contain multiple items.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note, as a result of high volumes in the delivery network, border delays, and strikes, you may experience delays to your order.

Although we are doing everything we can to ensure orders arrive in a timely manner, delivery times are out of our control and we are unable to guarantee courier reliability.

Redelivery Charges:
If delivery is attempted multiple times and the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address provided at checkout, a redelivery charge will apply to resend your order. This charge will be calculated based on the courier's fees. If you do not wish to have the order resent, we will issue a refund minus any original shipping costs incurred.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving your package. As long as your item is returned unused and intact, you will receive a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for delivery charges when returning items.

Thereafter, Karmara products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

We’ll need the items back in the same (resalable and unused) condition and securely wrapped with the original packaging. If the item returned is used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request. Please do not attempt to make a return without prior contact with us, as we need to provide you with a correct returns address.
