Yes, simply remove the cover and wash separately in cold water (30 degrees), on a delicate or cotton cycle. Use mild detergent, and avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Our blankets are made in our factory in Poland, Europe. Some elements are machined, but our blankets are majority made with traditional sewing machines and hand stitching.

There is a very common misconception that sleeping in a weighted blanket will have you waking up in sweats.

Sleeping under pressure from weight isn’t recommended for people with pre-existing medical conditions such as sleep apnea. Please check with a healthcare proffessional or doctor before trying a heavy blanket.

Children under five years old, and any person who is unable to safely lift the blanket independently should not use this product.

We do not advise allowing pets to use this product.

Our weighted blankets are handmade to order, and need to be shipped from Poland, so they can take up to 15 working days to arrive.

Weighted sleep masks and pets are stored in the UK, so they'll usually arrive quicker.

You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving your package. As long as your item is returned unused and intact, you will receive a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for delivery charges when returning items.

Thereafter, Karmara products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

We’ll need the items back in the same (resalable and unused) condition and securely wrapped with the original packaging. If the item returned is used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.

If your Weighted Blanket is faulty and you wish to make a return, please email us at info@karmara.co.uk with your order number and details/photos of the fault, and our Karmara Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

We're more than happy to help you exchange your item if you do not like the colour, however if the blanket has been used, we cannot accept the exchange. Since shipping is free, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your blanket, as well as the costs for us to ship your replacement.

You won't find any excess packaging or packaging waste in your delivery. As much as we love fancy printed packaging, we prefer to ship our products in simple recyclable boxes and bags.
